四年一度于奥运会前在奥运会主办国举行的国际体育工程联合学术会议是国际上最重要的体育工程与技术学术会议之一。多位国际学会主席、名誉主席、SCI 核心刊物主编等等 将参加本次会议。

本届会议在中国举行(部委批文号:委外函(2007)200号)，包括一个主题学术会议及四个小型研讨会，主要进行计算机科学与工程、体育工程、体育装备、计算机在体育中的应用、体育统计、体育管理、体育数学、生物力学、体育与运动产品研发与制造、运动技术分析、全民健身、体育电子游戏、机器人竞技、体育系统工程、体育仿真、体育专业的工程技术教育、体育专业的计算机教育、体育专业的数学与统计教育、体育专业的力学与物理教育、体育工程与体育装备的专业与学科建设、体育场馆工程、体育服装与休闲产品的研发、等等方面的学术和教育交流。

会议语言：

由于会议论文集将提交 ISTP 和 EI 检索，论文集仅收录英文论文（可用中文投稿，录用后译成英文）。索

组委会鼓励中国学者参加会议，与国际同行进行交流和建立友谊，会议将根据实际情况分中文、英文和学科设立分会场；全体会议和墙报交流仅用英文，全体会议将设立同声中文翻译。

出版：

会期正式出版论文集（英文，16开精装，刊登每篇不超过6页的论文，提交 ISTP 和 EI 检索）；到会交流代表会后提交的论文全文将被推荐到国际期刊（英文）或国内核心期刊（中文）发表。

注意: 由于仅以论文摘要形式发表"论文"不被学术界和社会认可，也不能被三大检索系统检索， 组委会决定: 本次会议出版论文集，不出版摘要集。所有提交的论文不应低于2页（含摘要和关键词, 关键词不应低于3个）。

投稿：

论文报告投稿（中文或英文）截止2007年12月31日（已经截止)。

根据同行要求, 希望以书面交流方式进行交流的论文仍可继续投稿, 截止日期为: 2008年2月底.

会议于 2008年2月底前陆续发放录用通知，并要求作者于2008年3月30日前将翻译好的英文稿或修改稿提交给会议秘书处）。撰写论文时请 下载论文格式和投稿表格 ，选择如下的一个分会场 (主题会场) 将投稿表格和论文一起以电子方式发送到相应的邮箱 (不同的论文可分别投交不同的分会场)。按照国际惯例，会议不收论文评审费。欢迎有关专家组织专题研讨会(Workshop)。会议将向代表颁发统一的论文证书。

会议注册费：(联合会议统一注册, 代表同时参加全部会议, 请届时不要重复注册)

会议注册费为300美元, 中国大陆有关学会会员按以下标准收取:

注册费：1200元/位 (含某一专题会议论文集，会务，资料，招待，证书，等。不含差旅费和版面费）。不参加8月7日活动的代表为800元/位。

版面费：600元/篇。

通讯代表注册费: 400元(含某一专题会议论文集,资料,证书, 等; 会后挂号邮寄)。

(通讯代表指：其论文被录用，但因服务和备战北京奥运会等原因而不能到会者。)
