to publish your paper in the printed hardcover proceedings of the

We will publish proceedings ( hardcover ) during the congress and deliver for ISTP and EI citation / index. Please
submit your two - six pages papers to us before February 28, 2008 if
you would like to publish your papers in proceedings. Please

template to prepare your papers and submit your papers to one of
the emails below regarding your topic area, respectively.
