letter from organizing committee will be issued to you for your visa
application in required when you registered.

Advance registration for the conference is required.
Registration Fee:
covers one copy of the relevant volume of printed hardback
proceeding, gift, conference session, coffee breaks, briefcase, all lunches and
dinners, opening ceremony, welcome lunch/dinner, closing luncheon, sightseeing and all social programs, etc.
